For the past month, we have been hard at work recording our debut EP. Cory is engineering and producing the 5-song EP and Todd and myself are assisting him. Technically and musically, this is the most ambitious recording any of us have ever been a part of, prompting us to spend countless hours at The Indie Fort each week. We are putting effort and thought into every aspect of the EP and have agreed not to release it until we are each completely satisfied with every aspect. The bottom line is that releasing something you can be proud of for the rest of your life is worth spending a few extra months and money on. We are planning to release several singles before the EP and have met with some of our industry friends to discuss promotion and production options. The E.P. will be free! We will have physical copies at shows and a high quality digital download on this website. At this point, the goal is to have as many people as possible hear our songs. For this reason we are relying on our friends and fans to share the E.P. with as many people as possible, your support is everything to us. There will be more news to come in the following weeks.

Cory and I have become slightly obsessed with the video camera, and have begun taking it everywhere with us (see video diary). We are looking to begin work on our first music video soon, and have had many coffee dates to figure out the details. Well Im going to go swimming and most likely eat at Torchys now.

Due to our extensive studio work, things are relatively quiet on the live performance front, but that will change soon. We are in the process of constructing our stage set-up (lights, props, costumes, etc.), and are hoping to be playing live shows again by August. We are confirmed for Vagabond Productions Wild Frontier Fest on Saturday, September 11th, and will be joined by some really great bands. (Great bands= the lineup has yet to be released to the public and I dont want to be the jerk who leaks it).
We have been very hard at work in the studio for the past month. Cory, Todd, and I are working every day and are really excited about the way everything is turning out. Cory is mixing our first single as I type and our good friend Adam Odor is mastering it for us tomorrow. The song is called Razberry Wine and is set to appear on The Skank Family Mixtape due out at the end of summer. The mixtape is going to be free and we are celebrating the release with a giant show featuring the bands on the mixtape! (details to come). Among the artists on the album are our good friends Marmalakes, Mother Falcon, Sip Sip, Nomanom, For Hours and Ours, Speak, and many more!
